Matthew Rhyner (Sammy Llanas, Independent, Percussion Director) was recently out live with Kyle Feerick, and he had along his 1.5 Steel--5. x 14 for the show. He has had this drum for a number of years now, and it is simply awesome to me when he selects that drum for the numerous different live performances with different artists that he plays in.
Matthew is also the drummer for Bodeans legend...Sammy Llanas. I have seen him live on two occasions with Sammy, and that band is beyond belief great. He also uses that drum with the shows with Sammy. So hoping to see them again sometime soon.
