I have some really nice snare drums, some sound great for a certain "thing" tension, and others are more versatile. But they all have a spot where the sound suffers. But this thing, I've been spending time everyday tuning it high, low, everything in between, swapping out different batter heads, and it always delivers something fun and useful..."
