Several big Thank You's going out to Mike Dawson-Managing Editor for Modern Drummer magazine. First of all, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your review in print, and the video demo's of the Beier 1.5 Steel--4 x 15 and the 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 15. You did a great job. Your writing is always objective, always specific and accurate, and is always full of enthusiasm for drums and anything related to the drum world. It really was a privilege to have you review my drums. Secondly...A huge Thank You as well for taking out your 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 15 live last night on New Years Eve, and for forwarding the below pic to me of your kit last night with the drum. As with the below article on Monte & Artimus...When you guys take my gear out to play live, and use them in the studio...That is the ultimate compliment to me here. Out of everything that you have...That you guys would choose my gear for a show or track....Is as good as it gets for a drum maker.
