The Bacon Brothers just released their new single "Broken Glass", and Frank Vilardi used his primary snare for the studio & road: The 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14.
Frank has been touring with a 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 14 for a number of years now, and the 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14 has replaced that drum as his main. The band has also started touring, and am really hoping to see them sometime soon live. I have many times, and it is always a great time. The band without fail hits big with audiences, they are a cross-over of styles, and have something important to say in each one of their songs.
