JARRED POPE-WORKING DRUMMER PODCAST-DAMON JOHNSON UPRISING TOUR 2019-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--4 X 15 & 7.5 X 12

Had an absolute incredible time recently....

Damon Johnson's Uprising Tour 2019 rolled through Milwaukee for two nights....And I was lucky enough to be at both shows. Damon Johnson, Jarred Pope, & Tony Nagy delivered two stellar performances for two nights. They were a huge hit with the crowd, and are a band that anyone who loves live music should see. As well, if you do attend a show, make sure to stop out after and meet them. They are some of the greatest guys in music personally as well. (Thanks Again Damon for the poster!) 

Jarred was using his main-Beier 1.5 Steel--4 x 15, and has also used/uses a 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 14 & 6.5 x 14 live and in the studio. He also started with #1 of the 1.5 Steel--7.5 x 12 this show, and I am hugely looking forward to his feedback on it. As well, his discussion on Working Drummer Podcast was great. ANDRES FELIPE SILVA GOMEZ-LIVE ON ROJO TVN-NATIONAL TELEVISION OF CHILE-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--4 X 15

Many Thanks going out to Chilean drumming great-Andre Felipe Silva Gomez today.....

Andres recently appeared on Rojo TVN-National Television Of Chile, and selected his 1.5 Steel--4 x 15 for the show. This drum has been his main for the last year for countless shows, tours, and sessions. He also travels to Nashville to record, and for CMA performances. I met him through Mark Beckett, and he has been the greatest to stay in touch with, and listen to his work.

Thanks Again my friend...Congrats on all of your success, and it really is an honor for me that you use that drum as your main....

THOMAS NUSSBAUM OF FEELING FLOYD & T-NEW VIDEO-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--6.5 X 15......

Germany based Thomas Nussbaum (Feeling Floyd, T), recently posted a demo of his new 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 15. He covered a Blake Shelton tune, and he did a knockout job on it. I have never seen Thomas live, and this was really great to hear, & see his set-up,.(See links below)

This drum is his second of the 1.5 Steel--15" Series from here. He has been using his 1.5 Steel--4 x 15 on the road with Feeling Floyd, & T, since Day 1 of receiving it. He keeps an active and non-stop schedule, is an amazing player & friend, and I am very much looking forward to his continued work with these drums. Several month's ago Thomas flew into Edinburgh to meet up with Sam Lumsden, myself, and Elizabeth for the Scottish leg of UFO's The Last Orders Tour. That was, as it is said....Was an epic time!

LARRY MITCHELL-VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE FROM LEE ROCKER-DOGHOUSE SHUFFLE-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--4 X 15....

A big Thank You going out this morning to the massively talented Larry Mitchell....

Larry was recently at California Sound Studios to film a video with The Stray Cat Lee Rocker. This was for the upcoming single from Lee....Doghouse Shuffle. Larry has been the long time drummer for him, and I had the opportunity to see them live. I have pretty much seen it all, but as I have said to many....You have to see these guys live to have Seen It All. When they say a stage is overflowing and crammed with talent...These guys are "It".  Larry is a drummer who can play Rockabilly better than anyone I know. He never over, or under plays the music...He just plays it to perfection.

DAVE PERRAULT-LIVE WITH HILLBILLY INC.-MINNESOTA-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--5.5 X 15...

Dave Perrault has been out live with Hillbilly Inc., and with him has been his new 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 15. The band keeps an active schedule in the Upper Midwest, and are based out of Minnesota. He contacted me about the drum, and I drop-shipped it for Drum Center Of Portsmouth.

Dave was the greatest to deal with on this, and he is absolutely loving this drum. As well, special Thanks going out also to not only one of the best from shops in the USA, but in the World....Drum Center Of Portsmouth.
