UFO-LAST ORDERS 50TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR-ANDY PARKER-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--6.5 X 14 & 8 X 14...

UFO is set to embark on their final US tour dates on their Last Orders-50th Anniversary Tour. Really looking forward to seeing them, bittersweet as it may be, at the end of October in Chicago. I was fortunate to see their dates in Scotland in Spring with Elizabeth, and will never forget it. They are at the top of their game, and I truly am going to miss seeing them live every tour.  

British legend, Andy Parker, was among the first to use snare drums from Beier Drums exclusively. His primary mains for countless tours have been the 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 14 & 8 x 14 (European Rig), and the 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14 & 8 x 14 (US Rig). He has also performed live on a European run with his 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 15. Most of the albums from UFO he has used his 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 14.

Canadian great, 5 time winner of the CCMA Drummer Of The Year, long time pal, and huge supporter of Beier Drums.....Chad Melchert finally landed in Chicago so we could meet up. He is currently on tour with We Will Rock You, a musical by Queen & Ben Elton. This production is a long running and amazing show, and is currently on tour in the United States & Canada.

Big Congratulations to Chad as well on his entry into the CCMA Hall Of Honour. No one deserves it more than you Chad for your decades of live and studio musical contributions.

Sometime soon....Will see you and Mr. Theodore Brown in Saskatoon! Thanks Again For Everything....Elizabeth had a wonderful time, loved the show, and is very appreciative which I am as well.
