MIKE ZIMMERMAN-KENNY ROGERS-THE GAMBLER'S LAST DEAL TOUR-NEW COMPILATION VIDEO-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--6.5 X 14....

In 2016, I saw one of Nashville's greats-Mike Zimmerman, live with Kenny Rogers on The Gamblers Last Deal Tour. It was at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and it was an incredibly fun time. This show is a very special one, and they ended up extending this tour due to the huge response. I was lucky enough to see it one more time recently in Milwaukee....

There is always a lot of laughs and great conversation when visiting with Mike. Him and this band are utterly amazing. The show is a very nostalgic one, and is a review of Kenny's career and life. There is a lot of talking, pictures, etc.., The band comes in and out of this masterfully, and it honestly reminds me of some of the operas I have seen. The Florentine Opera has some of the greatest talents in that business, and this band does as well in this business. 

Mike has been using a 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14 as his main for some time, and it has been his go-to drum for this entire tour. He also has a 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 14 which he uses in his hone studio, and for sessions. He is also starting a new project, and will certainly update the Latest News on that.
