UPDATE-FRANKIE BANALI-QUIET RIOT-BANG YOUR HEAD TOUR & THE BEIER 1.5 STEEL SNARE--5.5 X 15~
This is an update to the story this Summer with Quiet Riot headlining the Bang Your Head Tour, and Frankie Banali taking time out to give the Beier 1.5 Steel--5.5 x 15 a whirl live. This was an interesting experiment, as Frankie plays snares that are 6" or deeper live-Always. The drum went over extremely well, had numerous comments from drummers in the audience, and the entire show that evening was simply a great time. Even Trent Anderson (Tuff, Bang Tango, Dmolls) was there to pick up his 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14. All of these bands are sounding great, and I hope this tour comes around again.
