JULES RADINO-BLUE OYSTER CULT- AT&T AUDIENCE NETWORK CONCERT SERIES-BEIER 1.5 STEEL--6.5 X 14....

Was great to hear from Jules Radino of Blue Oyster Cult last month and to see this pic of his kit on the set from their show. The band was taping a spot with Cheap Trick as part of the AT&T Audience Network Concert Series. That was an on going event that ran from 4/14-5/3, and it featured many of today's top artists.

Jules had his 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14 which he has been using live for quite some time now. When they rolled through Milwaukee several months ago he had it as well, and I was of course really happy about that. He is an incredible player, and they way he has the drum set up...It just simply sounded fantastic. He uses Attack Heads which I have always been impressed with, and have used with Mark Ortmann of the Bottle Rockets, and David Dix of The Outlaws. They have a very natural and open sound, are durable, and in my opinion.....Are extremely underrated.

I will be seeing Jules on July 2nd for a BOC concert here. He will be playing a 1.5 Steel--8 x 14 for the show which I am really looking forward to bringing out. Along with the 1.5 Steel--6.5 x 14, he also has a 1.5 Steel--4 x 15. and 5.5 x 15, both of which he has used live. Links below for several live clips of him with the drums.

Thanks Again for everything Jules Radino....See you guys soon...
